When you think ​of a check the old school method comes to mind. You either received one by hand or in the mail. Today, business moves a little faster. You have to adjust or you risk being left behind. Waiting for a check to arrive in the mail is not the brightest idea, and receiving one by hand rarely happens. So how can you leverage modern technology while keeping yourself safe?

Millions of people have smart phones. Take advantage of the fact that these smart phones have great cameras. Have your customer write a check to you, take a picture of the front and back of the signed check, then email, picture message, or fax it over to you. You can upload the images to our system and we will process it to your bank account Same or Next Day! No need to drive to go pick up a check, or vice versa. No need to wait and hope the check arrives in the mail.
How Does it Work?
We've built a check image platform for you to use. You can easily log into your account, upload the front and back of the check/s, and submit it for deposit to your bank account.

We take the images you give us and create a Image Replacement Document (called "IRD" in banking terms). This is commonly referred to as Check21 Law, which your bank will accept just like the real one your customer took a picture of. And best of all, its in your account Same or Next Day without any driving around.
How do I set this up?
